My Chemical Romance
In the summer of 2011 I created two pieces of content for use on the Mitrix screens for My Chemical Romance gigs at Reading and Leeds festivals. Lighting Designer Paul Normandale had the idea for slow motion paint running down the screens in bright colours to last the duration of The Kids from Yesterday and I also made a clip where their logo explodes into hundreds of tiny spiders that scuttled across the screens and off stage. Lots of fun to make, getting messy with paint on green chroma and with help from Dave Packer who made a baby spider walk for me.
