Scissor Sisters
During the summer 2010 I made some content for the Scissor Sisters iTunes festival gig at the Roundhouse. They had a 4:3 mitrix backdrop at the venue and BabyDaddy had an idea of having something that would respond to the Ian McKellen vocals for the track Invisible Light. I created a voice responsive vortex design that vibrated to the words of the monologue. The gig was streamed live on the iTunes Festival website. Lighting Designer: Paul Normandale and Lighting Director: Glen Johnson I worked with the band again in November 2010 during the production rehearsals for their Arena tour and created some more content as they were adding video to their live show. Paul designed a 5 mitrix panel layout where the panels could join to make one long vertical screen or be moved up and down to seperate for various different looks. I made pieces for Running Out, Skin this Cat, Invisible Light and Comfortably Numb.
